Start Point: Just above the Baths of Aphrodite, Akamas Peninsula.
End Point: Circular route.

The trail is classed as a high degree of difficulty, mainly due to the uphill and downhill gradients and the terrain (a mixture of loose gravel and some larger rocks which require occasional scrambling), however will be fine for adults with a good level o fitness. The views will not disappoint after the climb to the top!
Points of interest along the walk include the starting point, the Baths of Aphrodite (where legend has it, the goddess used to take her baths), the ruins of Pyrgos tis Rigainas (Queen’s castle) which are believed to be part of a medieval monastery complex, a huge 860-year-old oak tree near the ruins and, of course, the stunning view points towards Cape Arnaoutis on the Akamas, Polis and Pafos (Paphos) Forest.
There are two water fountains along the route you can keep an eye out for!
